Claims proceedure - Mechanical Warranty

In the event of a break down simply contact the claims department on:0800 help to U (435 7868) or (09) 3776872 and they will direct you to the nearest repairer in that area.If the vehicle cannot be driven to the repairer or can but may cause further damage,please contact the repairer for assistance.

You will be required to authorise dismantling to determine the cause of failure.Once the claim has been assessed and accepted the repairer will be issued with an authorisation number,the fault will be repaired and the invoice (less the excess) will be sent to Protecta Insurance to pay.
